Contrary to what several brokers claim that they are licenced, there are no Registrations / Licences from any Departments of Government of Kerala for conducting business as a Real Estate agent.
The only valid registration is that of a Service Provider with Government of India. Very few in number, a fair deal can be expected from them as they are liable to charge and remit Service Tax and file returns. Their services are not free, but then, anything good in life comes for a price. |
A native of Trivandrum, he is also a Life Member, Chamber of Commerce, Trivandrum.
His exposure is as an independent businessman at Trivandrum, Merchandising FMCG products for major companies, Lobbying and Representation for high technology medical (radiotherapy) equipment, Construction and Property Management, in the capacity of Managing Director of a Private Limited company for over 10 years. His prior experience includes Implementation of IT Projects, Banking Operations as an Officer with a major National Bank in UAE for over 15 years.
Needless to say, he has worked with a range from the smallest retail store to Large MNCs and virtually every industry and has acquired considerable experience and contacts in various establishments and Government. Although no longer in active trading business, he holds a Service Provider Registration in Real Estate from Government of India and may be in a position to assist you in getting a fair deal in your ventures at Trivandrum.
